PDF to image FAQ

What image formats can I convert PDFs to?
PNG and JPEG. PNG preserves transparency and sharp text; JPEG is better when file size matters more than pixel-perfect clarity.
How is the output quality determined?
You choose a render scale — Standard (~96 DPI), High (~192 DPI), or Ultra (~288 DPI). Higher scales produce sharper, larger images suitable for printing or zooming.
Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. The entire conversion happens in your browser using pdf.js. Your files never leave your device.
Is there a page limit?
There is no hard page limit per PDF. You can upload up to 5 PDFs per session, each up to 100 MB. Very large documents may take longer to render.
Can I convert multiple PDFs at once?
Yes — drop up to 5 PDF files and click Convert. Every page from every PDF appears as an individual image you can download.
